Parade champion
SUKEM is an annual event held by UKM. I was one of the dancers in the parade team that my college sent for the closing celebration. Even though it was a last-minute practice, the results were flawless. My college won the parade even though we didn't receive a higher ranking in SUKEM. We were able to overcome the obstacle and win the parade despite our last-minute training. It was about collaboration, perseverance, and giving it our all when it counted most, not simply about preparation. This victory demonstrates that, even with limited preparation time, everything is achievable with the correct attitude and hard work.
As a first-year student, it is one of my favorite times at UKM. Despite its modest size, our college's real power is found in its people's togetherness rather than in the number of buildings, students, or resources. We can accomplish amazing things as a community when we band together, help one another, exchange ideas, and work toward shared objectives. Together, the distinct skills, viewpoints, and vitality that each person brings to the table produce a synergy that strengthens us against any obstacle. Even the tiniest groups can have the greatest impact when united.
